Random selection of sounds sourced from instagram ads, rearranged into a tableau of national anxieties and longing.

The experiment referenced by "Experimental" was to use the ads' soundtracks playing and pausing as ads were scrolled in and out of view. The intended outcome was to create a micro-sub-genre to be called "instagram scratching," followed by a slew of articles about a new online-only music genre, that may or may not be a prank, but the scroll-scratch was too clunky. You can hear some here but by end of project most of the sounds are looped within the DAW.
